WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

YOU MUST ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT BELOW FOR PARTICIPATION

In consideration of my opportunity to participate in the bike ride and other events of the day, I agree to waive any rights and claims for damages against the sponsors and producers of this event. I attest that I am physically able to participate in the event. Thereby release and agree to hold harmless Big Tigger, The Street Corner Foundation LLC, Six Flags America, Free State Cycles, Atlantic Cylcles, Platinum Rollers, CBS Radio, Premier Radio, Washington, DC, Prince George's County, their members, directors, officers, employees and agents from all liability, claims, damages, suits expenses or other financial or legal responsibility for any personal injury, death or property damage which may result from participation in the event. Furthermore, I assume all responsibility for any action I take while participating in the event. If I will be operating a motorcycle or other vehicle during the event, I agree that:

  1. I am appropriately licensed to operate the vehicle,
  2. I have liability insurance in effect in minimum amounts required
    by state law; and
  3. I will obey all traffic laws and regulations including speed
    limits, helmet requirements and passenger restraint laws.

I give permission to the sponsors to publish or otherwise use my name, photo, likeness or image made during the event. (If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver and release on behalf of the participant.)
